![]() Maricar, the agent I spoke with was extremely rude for no reason. Unfortunately straight talk has awful policies and protocol when it comes to customer service and just functionality in general. This is the worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with and it’s prepaid which would lead you to believe it’s pretty seamless and self explanatory. Advice to yóu unless you're a good hacker and can bypass their system I would recommend not using this service because the people who work for this company have no idea what they're doing and don't know English word terms to understand you. So I told them since they can't find my number on my account and put it back on my phone I've definitely made up my mind they are the crappiest company on the planet and I will just change my number I've had for years and go to a different carrier. They had no answer or knew what I was talking about when I told them after wanting to send me verification code to my original number and me telling them that's not possible since someone changed my number on my phone despite my old number being active to my current sim. I had to call back again and ask them why my account had my original number but a different one on my phone now. After being bounced around and told they can't do nothing they transfered me to a lady who reactivated my sim but somehow did it to another number that can't be found. Half a day later they deactivated my sim card again so I called them back to reactivate it because my service wasn't up. After a week of frustration with talking to everyone there I finally got someone who knew what she was doing and reactivated my sim and number. ![]() They informed me another sim card was ordered and deactivated my service. Two weeks ago I tried to transfer my number to a different carrier. ![]()
